Trinity Law provided advice and assistance to the developer in relation to the initial site acquisition from the estate developer, development structuring (including preparation of Development Management Deed), construction finance, preparation and exchange of off-the-plan Contracts for Sale, matters relating to Homes for Homes permissive caveats and corresponding charitable donations and completing settlements of the respective dwellings.
