This residential development consisted of 45 residential dwellings. Trinity Law provided advice and assistance to the developer in relation to the initial site acquisition from the Suburban Land Agency, Project Delivery Deed matters, development structuring (including preparation of Development Management Deed), construction finance, preparation and exchange of off-the-plan Contracts for Sale, the ACT affordable housing ballot scheme and settlements of the respective dwellings.
