Trinity Law provided advice and assistance to the developer from the site acquisition under Put & Call Option Deed and subsequent Contract for Sale, development structuring (including preparation of Development Management Deed), construction finance, preparation and negotiation of the Construction Contract with the appointed builder, the direct grant of additional land from the ACT Government, agreements for lease and leases for retained commercial units, preparation and exchange of off-the-plan Contracts for Sale and completing settlements of the resulting dwellings.
