Mixed-use project comprises of 60 residential apartments located in the inner-city location of Braddon. The project consists of a seven-level building built over three levels of basement parking. Ground floor includes retail/commercial office space with some tenancies having split level spaces. Design features include a laneway and courtyard spaces.
Trinity Law assisted the developer with all aspects of this mixed use development from preparing and negotiating the Construction Contract, preparing and implementing the Development Management Deed, acting on the off-the-plan sales and conveyances of the residential apartments to preparing and negotiating agreements for lease, leases and licences for the commercial units.
