The property is 100% housed by anchor tenant The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare with the sale representing one of the most significant transactions for the ACT in the first half of 2020.

Trinity Law have a long-standing history with this site having previously advised our client on site acquisition, construction contract and agreement for lease negotiations. We were again thrilled to be able to assist our client with the successful disposal of this asset, in conjunction with Colliers International.
