Trinity Law is proud to assist our client, Capital Estate Developments, with leasing and legal advice services in respect to the Denman Village Shops. The Denman Village Shops were purpose built to service the needs of the growing Molonglo Valley community and includes a mix of retail, healthcare and indoor recreation tenants.

The Trinity Law leasing team assisted our client with tailoring and implementing Agreement for Lease document suites to secure early committing tenants during the construction phase of the Centre and continues to provide leasing advice and services for the Centre. Trinity Law also assisted Capital Estate Developments with title structuring advice relating to the direct grant of adjacent Crown Land.
