East Gate Denman Prospect

Trinity Law was proud to assist our valued client, Core Developments, with all aspects of the East Gate development in Denman Prospect from construction finance, preparation of tailored off-the-plan Contracts to the conveyance of the off-the-plan sales. Trinity Law also provided advice and assistance to our client in relation to the Homes for Homes charitable donation scheme and are pleased to confirm that all units sold encompassed a charitable donation from the Developer to that scheme.

East Gate consists of a mix of 86 units and townhouses in the heart of Denman Prospect and was designed by Stewart Architecture.
