Expertise
Steven joined the Small to Medium Enterprise team in 2019. He graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelors of Law (honours) and a Bachelor of Justice. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of the ACT in 2017. Steven was appointed to Senior Associate in July of 2022.
Steven’s skills and experience include providing advice and representation in the ACT and NSW jurisdictions, in respect of contract disputes, building disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy, debt recovery and general litigation. Steven has commercial experience drafting employment contracts, terms and conditions and numerous types of corporate agreements.
Prior to being a lawyer Steven worked significantly in debt recovery and understands and appreciates the importance of cash flow for a business’s bottom line.
Outside of the office, Steven enjoys spending time with his young family, taking them camping, fishing and generally enjoying the outdoors.
