Acquisitions 

Our team has a wealth of experience in guiding our clients through due diligence investigations on potential development sites, including conducting searches of government records, reviewing relevant documentation and provision of tailored advice that clearly identifies areas of risk or potential exposure.  

Structuring

We provide personalised advice on property development structuring, in consultation with our client’s financial advisors, to assist our clients to minimise their risk profile and optimise their returns on investment. We can assist with the preparation and implementation of bare trust structures, joint venture agreements and development management deeds to suit the specific property development.

Our team is also able to provide specific advice and guidance regarding navigating title structuring for stratum, staged, community, and company title property developments.

Off-the-Plan Conveyancing

Our dedicated project conveyancing team expertly manage our clients’ property developments from release of the off-the-plan products through to settlements. We provide continuing and timely advice in relation to the complexities surrounding continuing developer disclosure during the lifespan of a development and work closely with key stakeholders including agents and strata managers to achieve excellent outcomes.  

Finance

We appreciate the criticality of timely and effective advice relating to our clients’ property development financing arrangements and can assist with review and implementation of finance documents and continuing reporting obligations to financiers.
