Boulevard Denman Prospect

This residential development is in construction and will consist of two stages incorporating 450 dwellings once completed.  Stage one is slated for completion in mid 2024.

Trinity Law has to date provided advice and assistance to the developer in relation to the initial site acquisition from the estate developer (by way of two Contracts for Sale and one Put & Call Option Deed), development structuring (including preparation of Development Management Deed), construction finance and preparation and exchange of off-the-plan Contracts for Sale and Disclosure Statements. We will shortly be assisting the developer with consolidation of the existing three titles and will continue to assist with the development until settlements are called and completed.

Boulevard has been designed as a self-sustaining, amenity-rich, walkable urban neighbourhood within Denman Prospect.
