M42 Braddon

This mixed use development was completed in August 2023. As well as settling all off-the-plan sales, Trinity Law provided advice and assistance to the developer in relation to the initial site acquisition, development structuring (including preparation of Development Management Deed), construction finance and preparation and exchange of off-the-plan Contracts for Sale for both residential and commercial units.

M42 was designed and developed to allow residents to experience the best of established leafy green trees and well-balanced lifestyle in walking distance from business districts, award-winning restaurants and cafes as well as the light rail.
