Ohana Batemans Bay

Trinity Law was proud to assist our valued client with all aspects of the Ohana development in Batemans Bay, which was completed in June 2022. We were involved in the acquisition of the land, preparation of key documentation pertaining to the development structure, preparation of specialised off-the-plan contracts and the conveyance of the off-the-plan sales.

Ohana is the first of its kind on the South Coat designed to inject sophistication and an opportunity to own a slice paradise for everyday living. Ohana consisted of a mix of 67 units in the heart of Batemans Bay and was designed by Judd Studio.
