Nibu Braddon

This project was a landmark project on Lonsdale Street, Braddon and includes 25 boutique apartments and 500 sqm of commercial space.  Key design elements include a laneway and arcade, first floor terrace including retail uses.

Trinity Law assisted the developer with all aspects of this mixed use development from preparing and negotiating the Construction Contract, preparing and implementing the Development Management Deed, acting on the off-the-plan sales and conveyances of the residential apartments to preparing and negotiating Agreements for Lease, Leases and Licences for the commercial units.
