Trinity Law was proud to provide advice and legal services to our valued client in connection to the Orion development located in Coombs spanning from construction finance, tailored off-the-plan contract, conveyancing and planning and development matters. Trinity law delivered specialised advice and management in relation to the Suburban Land Agency’s Affordable Housing Regime and ballot system and were proud to support our client in delivering a proportion of the development as affordable housing.
